Quality assurance
1. Material technology: We will select 5-10 products that meet our standards from 100 steel products, and the remaining materials will be supplied to factories of other second and third-tier brands. Only those that meet the thickness, size and material we just mentioned can pass our screening. And our frame production line consists of 18 processes.
2. Pneumatic fixture is also used in our production process to ensure stronger welding strength and better consistency. The production of the fixture refers to the automobile standard and has obtained a number of patents.
3. Carriage welding: 90% of carriage welding is made by CNC robot welding, with better quality and more smooth and beautiful welding points.

7. Add a backflow groove at the tank mouth to drain water in time in rainy days to prevent rain from leaking into the tank.
The car can be started manually, also can be started by feet. Unlike other factory feet-start is split type, the feet-start is one-piece,. After startup, you need to remove it and put it into the cab, which is not convenient for keeping. Besides, the feet start is foldable.
Transmission system is mainly constructed by the clutch, transmission, universal joint, drive shaft and drive axle, etc.
Feet-start: Spherical rod+ hard rod. It is flexible.
The drive shaft is 50 auto transmission shaft, not easy to break. After the balancing test, it can transmit engine kinetic energy to the rear axle under the premise of the body stability, and drives the wheels move. And our drive shaft adopts the seamless steel pipe, to be more secure in the case of high speed rotating.
